It exists because the pay-to-rank boards that went around in 2026 had two problems. The top spot ratcheted out of reach — once someone paid $400 for #1, the promise was over for everyone else. And nobody ever said what a placement actually delivered. You paid for a position and found out afterwards whether it meant anything.

So turns here are consumed rather than owned. Sixty seconds, then the next listing. There are 1,440 minutes in a day and that is the whole supply — no bidding, no ratchet, no permanent throne.

And every listing gets a public receipt page: turns served, clicks delivered, effective cost per click. Including when the numbers are bad. That is the part that matters. Anyone can sell a spot at the top; the useful thing is knowing what it was worth.
