One turn is 60 seconds at position #1. Credits never expire, and buying again on the same URL tops up the same listing.

This cannot be changed later. A different destination is a new listing.

Turns are scheduled by rotation. No listing holds the Spotlight for more than 3 minutes in a row while another listing has turns waiting — so a big bundle buys more turns, spread out, not the board for an afternoon.
